Bakit ang daming gays sa call center?

May nakakaalam ba ng sagot? Kasi hindi ko alam e. Ang akala ko nga nung mag aapply ako e ako lang magisa ang bakla dun,

o kaya baka dalawa lang kami o mangilan ngilan tulad ng sa isang classroom na usually 1 hanggang 3 lang ang gays. Yun pala parang showbiz industry pala ang call center kasi puro bakla ang makikita mo kahit san ka lumingon. Effem sa kaliwa, paminta sa kanan, crossdresser sa likod, discreet na aminado sa harap. Parang may gay parade araw araw. Masaya naman pero sana lang hindi masobrahan sa dami kasi baka maubusan na ng room for straighties. Hindi naman maganda kung ang pinapasukan mo ay parang island ni Wonder Woman na puro amasona ang nakatira diba?     hahaha this is funny,ayaw mo nun wala ng magiging problema sa bonding nyo kasi puro gay na,di gaya ng maiilang ka kasi mga mas madaming straight.

    at malamang yun mga straight na ngayon ang naiilang sa dami ng rainbows jan LOL agw agawan nalang kayo

    Ate, sa totoo lang... tinatanong ko rin yan. Sa tinagal-tagal ko sa industriyang call center, hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa rin yan nasasagot.

    Nung nagsimula ako sa call center five years ago, mga 5% lang ng populasyon sa opisina namin ang becky. Pero habang tumatagal, parang lahat na lang yata ng makakasalubong ko sa office eh bakla.

    Probably it's because the sexuality doesn't really matter in the call center industry. It's not a client-facing job, voice lang ang important and of course the skills. Actually, I think this industry ang kabaligtaran ng corporate world. I have been to the call center industry and saw the difference in the environment and the culture.

    On the other hand, this gives us an idea that the corporate world doesn't accept LGBTs. It's just frustrating when you hear people LGBTs who want to work in big wig companies and have the required skills suddenly being rejected by these companies just because they're not like them. hay kalurkey.

    foreigners get caught up in the foreignness of the call center workers and don't distinguish between the bakla and straights. so, corporate bias against classes of people is less.

    on the other hand, the rural bakla has a long history of being the mediator of the global to the local (as was the prehispanic bakla a mediator between the spiritual and the material).

    You can't really ask the same question pag dating sa straight people. Natural alam ng lahat na mas madami ang number ng mga straight kesa sa gays kaya it would be stupid to ask "Bat madaming baba/lalake sa call center?" Get the point?

    Lolz.. Feeling ko dahil sa natural na "maboka" ang mga bakla.. Dba nga upselling madalas ang kelangan sa mga call center.. Eh dun naman madalas magaling ang mga bakla eh.. Chumika at mangchorva ng mga customer para bumili ng produkto.. Kaya siguro ganun..

    @Larry, para mo namang sinabing ang mga call center ay made for gays only, kaya walang kwentang tanung un.. Parang sinabi mo na ding asa "natural habitat" ang mga bakla pag asa call center sila..

    Well it doesn't matter if there are several gays in the Philippine call center industry because that means the industry is an equal opportunity employer that supports gender empowerment.
